Samuel Lloyd Lacia Milby (born on May 23, 1984 in Troy, Ohio, United States), commonly known as Sam Milby, is a Filipino-American actor, commercial model, and recording artist. Milby grew up with a Filipina mother native to Tago, Surigao del Sur and an American father.
